Terms of service.

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the AutoLeads service (the "Service"), published by Grezy Software ("we", "us").

The Service provides B2B leads freshly collected from the French web, enriched by artificial intelligence (SEO score, paid ads detection), delivered on a recurring basis.

By accessing the Service, creating an account or making a payment, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not, you must not use the Service.

Some features require creating an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information,
• keep your credentials confidential,
• notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, except fraudulent use not attributable to you.

Signing up is free and requires no payment card, and gives read-only access to demo campaigns. Launching your own campaigns requires a subscription: you choose a one-time or monthly amount, with a progressive credit bonus (the longer the subscription and the higher the amount, the larger the bonus).

Payments are processed by Stripe. Grezy Software does not store full payment card data. Applicable prices and conditions are displayed before any payment.

If your campaigns do not use up your leads in a given week, unused leads are carried over to the next delivery within the same subscription period. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal.

Data delivered by AutoLeads must be used in compliance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR, the ePrivacy directive and French regulations on commercial prospecting.

You agree not to:

• attempt to access our systems without authorization,
• disrupt the Service (attacks, excessive load, circumvention of security measures),
• use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes,
• send unsolicited communications in violation of the law.

We may suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms or a risk to the security of the Service.

The Service, its structure, interface and components (excluding user content) are protected and remain the property of Grezy Software or its licensors.

Subject to compliance with the Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the Service and use it for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided "as is". We use reasonable means to keep it running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Grezy Software cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data not attributable to the Service). In any event, where liability is established, it shall be limited to the amounts actually paid for the Service over the last twelve (12) months.

You may request deletion of your account from within the Service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Roles are split as follows: Grezy Software is the controller for building and enriching the lead database, including informing the prospected people and handling their objections. You are the controller for your own outreach: the choice of recipients, the content of the messages, and compliance with the rules applicable to sending.

AutoLeads automatically appends the GDPR article 14 notice and an objection link to the first email of every sequence. An objection recorded through that link applies to the whole database and to every one of our clients, including later collections: the contact will therefore disappear from your current and future campaigns.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Grezy Software's registered office, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
