Terms of service.

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the AutoLeads service (the "Service"), published by Grezy Software ("we", "us").

The Service is B2B prospecting software. Starting from a trade, an area or a company profile, it searches public web sources for businesses (live Google search, company registries, ad libraries, job postings, trade show exhibitors), enriches them on demand with automated tools and artificial intelligence (decision-makers, website audit, Google reviews, ads, etc.) and writes prospecting sequences. Messages are sent from the mailboxes and accounts you connect, or the leads are pushed to the tools you use (Lemlist, Emelia, HubSpot, CSV export).

By accessing the Service, creating an account or making a payment, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not, you must not use the Service.

Some features require creating an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information,
• keep your credentials confidential,
• notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, except fraudulent use not attributable to you.

Signing up is free, requires no credit card and gives access to a demo campaign. Launching your own campaigns requires a subscription to one of the plans listed on the Pricing page (Starter, Growth or Scale), billed monthly or annually. Annual billing comes at a discount on the monthly price and is paid once for the year.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Grezy Software does not store full payment card data. Applicable prices and conditions are displayed before any payment.

Each plan comes with a credit allowance granted every month, including on annual billing. Credits are spent per lead: each lead has a base cost, higher for some sources, and each enrichment plugin enabled on a campaign adds its own cost in credits per lead. Current costs are shown on the Pricing page and in the Service. Credits not used by the end of a month do not carry over to the next month; they have no cash value and are not refundable.

You can change plans or cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period (month or year): the Service remains available until then, after which any remaining credits expire. A period already started is not refunded pro rata.

Data delivered by AutoLeads must be used in compliance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR, the ePrivacy directive and French regulations on commercial prospecting.

You agree not to:

• attempt to access our systems without authorization,
• disrupt the Service (attacks, excessive load, circumvention of security measures),
• use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes,
• send unsolicited communications in violation of the law.

We may suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms or a risk to the security of the Service.

The Service, its structure, interface and components (excluding user content) are protected and remain the property of Grezy Software or its licensors.

Subject to compliance with the Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the Service and use it for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided "as is". We use reasonable means to keep it running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Grezy Software cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data not attributable to the Service). In any event, where liability is established, it shall be limited to the amounts actually paid for the Service over the last twelve (12) months.

You may request deletion of your account from within the Service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Roles are split as follows: Grezy Software is the controller for building and enriching the lead database, including informing the prospected people and handling their objections. You are the controller for your own outreach: the choice of recipients, the content of the messages, and compliance with the rules applicable to sending.

AutoLeads automatically appends the GDPR article 14 notice and an objection link to the first email of every sequence. An objection recorded through that link applies to the whole database and to every one of our clients, including later collections: the contact will therefore disappear from your current and future campaigns.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Grezy Software's registered office, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
